Sienna cathedral - a photo composite
Here is a photo composite I did of Sienna Cathedral when we visited there in May 2011. It's not perfect but I like it a lot. I really love the distorted dimensions you get with composites and how not every join fits perfectly together. Want to do some more of these; another thing to add to my list of things to do in 2012.

Holiday snaps
I got my films back from our recent holiday to Tuscany today (amongst other things, will post some other pictures in the coming days). Pretty happy with the results. Here is a selection of my favourites.

View of a church - not sure if this is San Gimignano or Siena or Volterra. Need to start taking notes when I am taking photos.

Love birds in Sienna.

Iron wall fitting.

View over houses. Again no idea where this was taken.

The inside of Sienna cathedral. It is astonishingly beautiful.

Patterns in Tuscany
I've just got back from a week in Tuscany (hence the lack of posts). We ate, sat in the sun and explored some places. The churches in Siena and Pisa contained some amazing marble patterns.
