MWM Graphics

Came across Matt W. Moore through Twitter. His work is amazing and very inspirational. A hypnotic combination of bright colours and geometrics designs is good in my book. I particularly like the Analog & Digital - Sacred Geometry Series, shown above. Check out his website, you won't regret it:

piles of lino

I love lino offcuts.

Sunday morning market

I was down at the Sunday Morning Market on Chatsworth Road in Hackney yesterday sharing a table with bhmakes. It was a really fun experience and we had good sales. We're going to be at a few more markets in the near future. I have added a pane on here which lets you know where we'll be if you fancy coming down to say hello.

The result of my adventures into patterns have been some geometric patterns which I have converted to cards and gift wrap to sell on my Etsy. Need some slight tweaking but I like them. Going to try making some large scale prints over the next few weeks.

Been going a bit pattern crazy over the last few days. Rekindling my love for repetition and order.

James Brown

I helped out bhmakes at the Designers/Makers market in Hackney yesterday. One of the other stalls was a printmaker, James Brown, who had some really good linocut posters which I felt evoked propaganda posters with the colours and styles used. I checked out his website today and I absolutely love his geometric linocuts - so inspiring. You should check him out:
